At Coldfair Green we love to stay fit in body and mind and we enjoy a wide range of sporting events both in and out of school.

In the last year our pupils have been sailing, played golf, tried archery and quidditch; as well as all of our regular curriculum PE and swimming.

Our curriculum PE is led by a qualified sports coach, who is employed by Premier Education, but works only with our school - Mrs Laura Walker-Wright. She also organises and runs our fabulous breakfast and after school club activities.

many of our pupils enjoy sporting success out of school too, for example at dance, football, horseriding and one of our Y6 pupils was successful in Blackpool last year, at a National ballroom dancing event!

For 2023/24 our PE enrichment activities will include: American football, bikeability, "ice hockey", handball, ultimate frisbee, orienteering, sailing, golf, cross country, table tennis and trampolining.

Some of our Y6 pupils are Sports Leaders and support/promote physical activity at breaktimes.
