Please continue to do lots of fun and also relaxing things at home that are important for wellbeing:

  • arts and crafts
  • yoga
  • dancing
  • playing in the garden
  • going for walks
  • exercise
  • cooking/baking
  • mindfulness activities such as colouring 
  • helping others
  • playing games
  • talking about feelings

 

This week I would also like you to make a list of the things that you have missed about being at school and a second list of the things that you have enjoyed or liked about being at home. You can use this to remember that there are always good things that are happening even when things feel bad.
